Our Commitment
Vigilante by Scalewidth does not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. We may share limited identifiers with analytics and security partners for operational purposes. You have the right to opt out of any data sharing that could be considered a "sale" under CCPA's broad definition.
Vigilante processes security telemetry data strictly for threat detection and response. This data is never sold. Account information is used solely for service delivery and compliance.

- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information, subject to security retention exceptions

Submit an Opt-Out Request
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:
- Portal: Visit our Data Request Portal and select "Opt Out of Sale/Sharing"
- Email: Send request to privacy@vigilante.scalewidth.com with "CCPA Opt-Out" in subject
- Browser Signal: We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals
Requests acknowledged within 10 business days and processed within 15 business days.
Verification Process
We verify identity through matching account information or authentication challenges. Authorized agents must provide written consumer authorization. We will explain any denial and provide an appeals process.
