Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation terms for Vigilante cyber defense subscriptions, SOC services, and enterprise security agreements.

Policy Overview
This Refund Policy governs all purchases of Vigilante by Scalewidth security services, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR subscriptions, SOC operations, threat intelligence feeds, and vCISO advisory services. All refunds are at Vigilante's discretion and subject to the terms of your Service Order.
Security Platform Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with access continuing through the current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rata refund within 14 days of purchase, less a 10% processing fee. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except for service level failures.
SOC & Managed Security Services
Managed SOC services, threat hunting, and vCISO engagements are billed under service contracts. These are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. Early termination fees may apply as specified in your Service Order.
Enterprise Agreements
Custom enterprise agreements are governed by the terms in your Master Services Agreement. Service credits for SLA breaches may be offered in lieu of refunds.
Cancellation Process
Submit cancellation requests to billing@vigilante.scalewidth.com from your registered organizational email. Enterprise customers may also cancel via their assigned account manager. Confirmation provided within 2 business days.
